Paul started his building career straight from school, first completing a 1 yr pre-apprentice building course and then gaining employment as an apprentice in his home town of Kaitaia.  After completing his apprenticeship and gaining his building trade qualification, Paul travelled to London to continue his building career.  Paul views his time in London as a valuable opportunity gaining exposure to a vast array of building methods and practices, some not commonly seen in New Zealand.  On his return to New Zealand, Paul settled in Auckland where he started Building Elements in 2002. Paul’s goal was to create a building company that offers excellence in skills, service, and the finished product, standards that Paul continues to strive for today.
